The Shiro Story

Just like any other business start-ups, RJR Cosmetics Manufacturer which was then RJ Pharmaceutical Laboratories started small in 2015 in Bislig City, Surigao del Sur. In 2018, the company launched a skincare line called Shiro, composed of whitening soap, whitening lotion, whitening body serum, tinted sunscreen, activated charcoal mudpack, clay mask, facial foam, exfoliating toner, and rejuvenating toner. It was the determination of the couple Ramona Joanne and John Ric Lumbatan that paved the way for the products to be known little by little in the industry. Currently, the company is based in Davao City and is now one of the most trusted local brands in the area which is why it was featured in a community newspaper in 2019. The company’s products are now widely available through distributors and resellers all over the country and abroad. There is also a kiosk inside Gaisano Mall of Davao to cope up with the demand in the city. As the products continue to proliferate and more new products are being launched, the company remained firm on ensuring its quality and affordability –making skincare affordable and effective for every person.
