We may not reach our own goals simultaneously, as some would achieve theirs faster than others, or some would achieve theirs in a slower pace, but RyxSkin, through its incentives and other programs, shall assist its community to grow and achieve as one.

Rica Detiquez-Santelices
Founder & CEO
Rica Detiquez-Santelices, the CEO of Ryxskin Sincerity, embodies the journey from “seller to change catalyst,” driven by unwavering faith and a passion for empowerment.
A graduate of Bulacan State University with a degree in Broadcasting, she previously worked as a writer and brainstormer at ABS-CBN. Alongside her professional endeavors, she pursued side hustles, such as online selling, since college, but began her entrepreneurial journey in high school by selling graham balls, lip tints, and beauty products.
As the years passed, she transformed a simple idea into a thriving business. From navigating uncertainties to selling 3,500 Ryx foam cleansers, she faced her doubts head-on. Questions like “What if I fail?” and “What if my products aren’t good enough?” fueled her resilience, leading her to embrace a faith that “He will provide”—and indeed, He did. And now, here we are, still SLAYIN’ STRONG since 2018.
The journey hasn’t been without its challenges, yet each hurdle has imparted invaluable lessons on Rica’s path:
